Classes and Workshops:

Pre Registration is required for classes and workshops.  This ensures your space is held in the class.  Preregistering for a Private session or class requires 100% deposit.  

There are no refunds for classes or workshops attended or with less than 24 hour notice of cancellation.  Workshop cancellations with 24 hour notice will be refunded minus 15% administrative fee if your space can be filled.  With 24 hour notice, purchase may be applied to another class/workshop valid for six months.  For weekly classes series purchased, if after 3rd class attended you are not satisfied, remaining classes can be refunded.

Yamuna Certifications cancellation of a class or workshop:

Your choice of full refund or Apply 100% tuition to another class.

Yamuna / Taylore Carre’s Divine Balance  are not liable for travel and accommodation expenses.

Make sure that all of your arrangements are refundable or changeable or both.

Student cancellations:

– 6 weeks or more prior to class: 100% Tuition Refund.

-2-4 weeks notice prior to class: 50% Tuition Refund.

-4-14 days notice prior to class: 25% Tuition Refund.

-3 days or less prior to class: No Refund.

*Cases of extreme emergency will be reviewed on an individual basis. *All refunds may be applied to another class which must be taken within 1 calendar year of cancelled class.

*Cancellations must be received in writing. 

Privates:

24+ Hour Notice is required to cancel all private sessions or you will be charged for the session.

Products:

Balls are available for purchase for classes and workshops.  Reserve your set by purchasing online to pick-up or post prior to your Private Session or class.  

Balls are guaranteed for manufacturer defects for 90 days.  If you have a problem with your ball within that time, please let me know so that it can be replaced.  Products can be exchanged or refunded for 30 days as long as they are unused and resalable.  Exchange and refund does not include cost of shipping.  Refunds are generally applied within 10 days.

Product will be shipped by Standard Canada Post with tracking unless otherwise requested.  Normal turnaround time is 14 days from order date within most of Canada.

Balls come deflated; the pump is recommended as you will need to inflate and deflate your balls based on your body, where you are working, and for travel.  All balls are certified phthalate free and made in Italy under the highest standards.

Registration & Purchase:  You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Payment for Products & Services:  All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollar at the time of payment. Divine Balance is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.  All sales in British Columbia require on service HST 5% and on equipment GST 7%. When purchasing through the website the appropriate tax will be charged for each province.

If you are purchasing balls for online live sessions or classes in the US, the product will not ship via the website. After your first private consultation with Taylore and commitment to your sessions, product will be drop shipped directly from New York to your US address.

Protection Of Information:  We retain your information only as long as we need it to service your account, or as long as industry regulations demand. When we no longer need your information, we will delete electronic records and destroy physical records.

While we may use your email address to reply to you, we do not make your e-mail address known to anyone outside of Divine Balance. We may use your email address to advise you about products or services that may be of interest to you if you have asked us to put you on an email mailing list. You may ask us to remove you from our mailing list anytime by using the “unsubscribe” instructions provided with each e-mail. We may also send certain required information to you via email if you have requested that we do so. Again, you may cancel this at any time.
