If you are new to Yamuna Body Rolling, this ball is for you. The Gold Ball is considered the starting point for beginners, as well as those who have osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, or are rehabilitating from an injury.
The gold ball has a soft edge and more give, however it will still support your body weight.
We recommend the gold ball for doing abdominal, chest, or sideline work at any level. It is also the recommended ball for Save Your Lower Back and Yamuna Pregnancy.
Note: This Yamuna ball comes deflated and needs the ball pump. Approximately 10 inches in diameter.
