Set up your computer/device so we can see each other via Zoom
Wear close fitting yoga clothes. Bring water to hydrate with during class
Eat lightly 2-3 hours before class
When filling in the health form, all past injury information is relevant. Please list any past surgeries, accidents, and traumas.
