Online is easy, here's what you'll need:

Bring your Yoga mat, balls and desire to improve you body. Set up your Computer/Device so we can see each other via Zoom. Wear close fitting Yoga clothes. Bring water to hydrate with during class. Eat lightly 2-3 hours prior to class.

When filling in the health form, all past injury information is relevant, please list any past surgeries, accidents, and traumas.
