After suffering serious injuries from several bad motor vehicle accidents, and multiple surgeries in my teens and early 20’s, I thought for sure I’d end up in a wheelchair by the time I was 40. Determined to live a life without pain and with mobility, I set out to find physical healing.
Traditional western medicine didn’t have the answers I was looking for. I explored alternatives like yoga and meditation, then Reiki and more…then discovered Yamuna® body rolling and Body Logic…
Now, as a therapeutic movement specialist, I teach women how to create a pain-free lifestyle using a variety of different modalities like body rolling with ball technology and the hands on and off healing methods.
The best part? It can all be done from the comfort of home.
Are you ready to leave physical pain in the past?
It’s time for you to decide what you really want this year. Perhaps you want to be able to go for walks or climb stairs without pain.
Or spend more time doing what it is you really love, whether that’s time with your kids or grandkids, hiking or biking and/or never missing your favorite pilates class – you decide.
Just know that living without pain is within your reach right now…
Be the first to know about group classes, workshops, and teacher training opportunities.
Many clients come with long held chronic pain that often has affected their nervous systems. Although they don’t know it, it often borders on PTSD. The trauma is still in their tissue from past events and they need to know how to release it.
You can use experiential anatomy to release past injuries and trauma. You have the power to heal yourself and leave your chronic pain in the past.
The work’s success speaks for itself as so many clients continue on in the work to become practitioners in their own right.
Using sensation, education and small ball massage therapy you become your own therapist. It’s both for your physicality and your emotional body.

“I find Yamuna Body Rolling to be the next step to going deep into the body’s tissues releasing pain, creating space, and a fluid moving body system. The benefits are extraordinary and the organization is extremely sophisticated.
Taylore is such a remarkable teacher. I loved every minute of her training. She has a vast body of knowledge and experience in how the body should move effectively. She’s compassionate, thorough and caring in her teaching. I so recommend her classes to all whether pain is involved or general wellness is the concern.“

Using the Yamuna® Body Rolling technique, I teach you how to re-align your body to fix chronic pain.
The body is connected to the mind and we will focus together on body awareness.
“As a Registered Massage Therapist, unless I could get to my massage therapist I was often in a lot of pain. I didn’t have a lot of tools to help myself.
A lot of the work that we do is about taking back that control and empowering yourself to really find your own answers.
It’s like getting back the owner’s manual…start learning different ways to treat yourself and your self-care…and put yourself back in the Spotlight again.“
~Diana White, RMT
“You encourage us to take it deep, to be aware and to apply what we’ve learned and in turn empower ourselves. That to me is the greatest gift….
It did change my life. It’s been huge. The awareness…you’ve given me a tool kit.
If I had to choose 1 thing, it would be this work. It is a way of life. I make a commitment. It’s going to be with me as long as I live. As long as I can remember where the balls are…(laughing)
It’s because we’re getting good results, I keep coming back. If it didn’t give me freedom I would not come back.”
